Scale of Charges from 1st July 2009 to 31st July 2010
General Bookings: A deposit of £100, or the full amount if less, is required on confirmation of booking plus a bond of £50 to ensure the hall is left in good order. This will be refunded by the Treasurer after the event if this condition is satisfied.
Wedding Bookings: A deposit of £200 is required upon confirmation of booking plus a bond of £50.00 to ensure that the rooms hired are left in good order. This is refundable if these conditions are satisfied. The full amount is due 3 months before the event and you will be invoiced for this by our Treasurer.
The sound system installed in the Hall is available for use at the discretion of the Management Committee. Application should be made when the Hall is hired.
