Westbury on Trym Village Hall - Hire charges 1 October 2022 - 31 December 2023
General Bookings: The full hire fee (including a variable deposit) is required on confirmation of booking plus a bond of £100 to ensure the hall is left in good order. This will be refunded by the Treasurer after the event if this condition is satisfied.
Discounted rates may apply to bookings made by charities. Other prices apply to bookings made by commercial organisations and are available on request.
Wedding Bookings: A deposit of £300 is required upon confirmation of booking plus a bond of £150 to ensure that the rooms hired are left in good order. This is refundable if these conditions are satisfied. The full amount is due 3 months before the event and you will be invoiced for this by our Treasurer.
The sound system installed in the Hall is available for use at the discretion of the Management Committee. Application should be made when the Hall is hired.
